At Halo Sugar we pack your Chocolate with the utmost care and use preventative measures to protect your Chocolate from melting, although we can not 100% guarantee this. Due to the nature of our Fresh hand-crafted Chocolate; in hot weather their is a possibility that the Chocolate may melt in transit.

In the situation their is extreme heat we will notify you to inform you of the delay in shipment.

We have put so much Love & Care into your Chocolate that we are doing what we can to keep it from melting and keeping it in the best tasting condition. We do our best in packaging and we can not take any responsibility for melted chocolate whilst in transit.

Standard post and Express post is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Due to the nature of our products & the possibility of the Chocolate melting we highly recommend you choose Express post.

We post your order to the address given by you at the checkout. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We can not accept any responsibility in the circumstance incorrect delivery details have been given.
