If you are having difficulty sleeping encourage a sound nights rest with our Sleep Blend. Lavender is calming and relaxing but Valerian is the key active in this blend. The Valerian plant is naturally what valium was derived from aiding to reduce anxiety and calm the mind and body. Eucalyptus cleanses the air and assists to open the airways and promote ease of breathing while also acting as a natural antibacterial.
Botany 100% pure essential oil blends are ready to use. All essential oils are naturally antibacterial and antiseptic.
Pure essential oils are highly concentrated liquid extracts from plants. Aromatic selections of plant varieties include leaves, roots, seeds, stems, fruit, peel, buds, flowers, wood, bark, saps (resins) and herbs. The essential oils are released as an aromatic liquid during the process of distillation or expression. All our essential oils are ethically sourced and are premium grade, 100% natural, biodegradable substances of botanical origin.
Usage:
Add 8-10 drops in a vaporiser and fill it with water. Other methods of use: massage, bath and spa, inhalation and household cleaning.
Dilute prior to use on skin.

It's got the crunchiness from the fresh seeds and nuts and the sweetness from the berries. Those Dark Chocolate berries are amazing. Yum on yoghurt and would be amazing on ice cream too
I wasn't feeling well and since this had eucalyptus I wanted to take a bath in it. It was so relaxing and made me feel better. I was in the bath for over an hour i think and it was an amazing experince. My skin felt soft straigh away also. Great ingredients, Thanks
Do you know those hazelnut Lindt balls that are so delicious??? THIS BAR TASTES LIKE THAT BUT ITS NOT A SMALL UNHEALTHY BALL, ITS A BIG HEALTHY BAR that is sooooo delicious and so creamy!! Can't belive its healthy.
